The typical timeframe is 2 weeks however, this is very individual and dependent on the severity of sleep challenges the child is facing. It is important to remember that you as caregivers need to stay committed to the plan in order to see results. You will be surprised to know that we have seen clients that follow each step of the plan, have seen tremendous change in their child's sleep pattern just after a couple of nights!
We will be there every step of the way during this period and with the help of a daily sleep log provided by you as a client, weekly calls and continuous messaging support, we will be able to troubleshoot and pinpoint you in the right direction to speed up the process where ever possible and for you to see the results you wish for.
